International Rescue Committee

International Rescue Committee has launched support for Syrian refugees in Lebanon in the fall of 2012. More than four years after the outbreak of the Syria conflict, the International Rescue Committee is continuing to assist Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Turkey and Syrians trapped inside their country by violence. We provide Economic Recovery and Development (ERD), Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE), Protection, Child-Protection (CP) and Education services.

Save the Children

Save the Children has been operating in Lebanon for more than 60 years, providing children and their families with support programs covering Education, Child Protection, , Food Security and Livelihoods, Shelter and Non Food Items, Water and Sanitation and Hygiene and Child Rights Governance needs. In the last two years, the emergency program has reached approximately 400,000 people.
